The Google Merchant Center links the Google Ads account with the online store. This way, the data on Google Shopping always remains up-to-date and, for example, only the products that are currently in stock are displayed.

Dynamic remarketing

Dynamic remarketing in Google Shopping goes one step further. Let's assume a potential customer is interested in a product, adds it to the shopping cart, but then leaves the website without actually buying the product. With remarketing, Google uses the data collected from the potential customer and shows him the products from the shopping cart again in a display format on various other websites. This increases the chance that the purchase will be made after all.
